Refund Policy – AuthorsUpFront Publishing Services Private Limited
AuthorsUpFront does not do cash on delivery.
Products (books) that are not available for dispatch are generally not listed on our website for sale but in some cases products may not be available for immediate dispatch. Our customer support team shall notify the customers of such instances. Upon information, the customer has the option to wait or cancel the order. In case of cancellation the following refund rules shall apply:
1. We take 7-12 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited in the same account as you had made the payment from. We will not be able to refund the amount to any other bank account or credit it to any other credit/debit card.
2. Your refund will happen as per the below mentioned timelines. Please note that the refunds are dependent on external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

3. If you have purchased the products by sending us a cheque/DD offline, we will complete the refund request within 3 working days.
4. As soon as your refund is processed our team shall inform you on the email id that you had used for making the purchase.
Cancellation policy – AuthorsUpFront Publishing Services Private Limited
Orders can be cancelled within two days of placing the order with AuthorsUpFront. Full refund is applicable if the order is not shipped at the time of cancellation.
If the order is shipped and the cancellation request is received post shipping, we will deduct 25% of the order value and refund the balance amount.
