Chef Anuj Sood
Anuj Sood is an award-winning Chef with 18 years of international experience in the hospitality and aviation industries. He pursued his dream to become a Chef and honed his culinary skills and expertise at the Welcomegroup Management Institute, India. Later he joined a luxury chain of Starwood & ITC Hotels and worked with a few famous chefs.
Chef Anuj was the final nominee for the Young Chef of the Year Award in 2008, organised by Hindustan Times. He even represented his country in New York serving various dignitaries, Indian prime ministers and acclaimed Bollywood stars.
Chef Anuj has worked in the Middle East at Sheraton Dubai, Jumeirah Etihad Towers and Qatar Airways producing an array of regional, flawless, authentic cuisine and a blend of traditional and contemporary creations with locally inspired Arabic ingredients. He has also featured in various TV shows in India and the Middle East with Michelin starred Chefs namely, Ramzi, Nobu, Tom Aikens and Rockpool Neil Perry's team.
At present he is based in Melbourne, and is heading the Qantas Flight Catering Kitchen.
