Sudarshan Raman

Sudarshan Raman worked for several companies before embarking on strategic consulting and coaching. He has held various roles in strategic marketing, trade marketing, account management, business development, corporate marketing and communications and business transformation. Through his career, he has worked with companies and brands such as AEG Power Tools, Procter & Gamble (P&G), Bayer (Baygon), Durex, BiC, Rothmans, British American Tobacco (BAT) and 3M.

He has worked across over 200 product categories, including OTC, Non-Food FMCG, Power Tools, Consumer Goods, Health and Wellness, and Business Transformation. His expertise includes Strategic marketing, New Market Entry, Trade Marketing Strategy, Key Account Management, GTM strategies, brand management, sales optimization, Pricing development, distribution, corporate marketing communication, and business transformation.
Currently, he is focused on coaching and training companies and launching OliiR Academy, a training academy for sales, trade marketing, and marketing capability enhancement.

Dividing his time between Dubai and Toronto, Sudarshan remains committed to his passions for WW2 History, Photography, and his dogs.
